This was the first apartment I was shown at 11007 Player Drive. It’s all on one level, and seems to be in pretty good condition. Nice tile, quite spacious, washer and dryer included. It comes with a garage around the corner. The stove and such are a bit old and ugly, as are most of the light fixtures, but for the price, size, and features, can you really complain?
